We started our month together in Tennessee. It was a short trip from Alabama to our class in Gainesville, but it was only at 10:00pm on Sunday night that we realized our class was ACTUALLY in Cookeville, not Gainesville. Oops! So we threw everything back in the van and got up early Monday morning to make the switch. It was only about 90 minutes away, so not a catastrophe, but it was definitely a learning experience. Lesson learned: Read your emails carefully!

From Tennessee, we drove out to Santa Fe, NM. Michael had two New Mexico classes in a row, but alas for me, it was time to do my duty as a big sister so I had to go home. Mom and I drove up to Indiana together to help little sister and her husband move from their little apartment into a little house.
But it wasn't all work and no play. On the way home, Mom and I detoured into Kentucky to visit the Noah's Ark experience. You know you're crazy when Kentucky is on the way home to Texas from Indiana, but it was the closest we were ever going to get, so we drove the extra 3 hours.

Mom dropped me off in Austin with Michael for a week at the Hyatt Place (the place we met for the first time <3), then it was up to Kansas for a week in Andover. Coming up this month, it's back to Tennessee and then another week in New Mexico, and home to Texas for Thanksgiving!
